Collapse ▲Welcome to the Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteer Initial Training Class. This class is a hybrid model. For the hybrid model, you will view the videos and complete the homework for each module on a weekly basis. Homework and other assignments will be submitted to the horticulture agent for review or grading. During the course of the class, there will be events, labs, or workdays in which you will be able to participate and learn hands-on. This hands-on learning will reinforce what you learn in the online portion of the class.
Before beginning the class, please fill out the EMGV application, submit your class fees, and pick up your Extension Gardener Handbook.
