North Carolina Cooperative Extension is based at North Carolina's two land-grant institutions, NC State University and NC A&T State University, in all 100 counties and with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

Community Garden: Cultivating The "4-H's"

The Sampson County Cooperative Extension Center has a new addition to the campus grounds! We now have a community garden area complete with a greenhouse, a site for six raised beds and a row crop area. This community garden area will be used as a teaching facility for our many educational activities involving both youth and adults.
