A.S.P.I.R.E. 2 Higher Education The A.S.P.I.R.E. (ACT Supplemental Preparation in Rural Education) program is designed to bridge deficits in rural high school students' performance on the ACT College Entrance Examination in order to increase the number of students pursing higher education. This class will teach the latest tactics and strategies to improve ACT scores and increase the changes of college admission This is a cooperative initiative through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at NC State University and NC Cooperative Extension-Sampson County 4-H.
