It consists of seven topics: the elements of quality care, child development, positive guidance, appropriate activities, environmental design, and NC Child Care Regulations.

This is a nutrition and physical activity program for children ages four and five. The program uses color, music, and exploration of the senses to teach children that healthy eating and physical activity are fun! Participants will receive a Color Me Healthy curriculum and other materials to implement in their classrooms.
