This 4-week series will be held each Monday, beginning January 10th-January 31st from 5:30p-6:30p. This program will be held via Zoom. This is a great beginner program and is perfect to start your New Year off right!
We'll discuss serving sizes, as well as find solutions to eating more produce and moving more. Each session, we will also share a 10-minute physical activity and hold weekly challenges. This group will have the option to participate in a Facebook Group community to share recipes, encouragement, and more!
During session three, you'll get to observe a knife skills cooking demonstration to help refine your meal prep skills. We'll wrap up the final week by discussing saving money while grocery shopping!
