Mediterranean Diet Program - Med Instead of Meds

Thursday | Apr 30 | 5:30 PM — 7:30 PM 55 Agriculture Pl, Clinton, NC 28328, USA

Good food really can change your health — and we're here to show you how. Med Instead of Meds is a 6-week hands-on cooking series where we'll explore the Mediterranean way of eating through food demos, practical tips, and recipes you'll actually want to make at home. The Mediterranean eating pattern is one of the most well-researched ways of eating in the world — shown to support heart health, healthy blood sugar, weight management, and more. And the best part? It's not about restriction. It's about adding more of the good stuff.

Class cost is $30. Please plan to attend all six sessions. Register at go.ncsu.edu/springmed.
