Starting Sourdough Workshop
Have you always wanted to try making sourdough but didn't know where to begin? This hands-on class is designed for beginners — no experience necessary. Learn the basics of sourdough starter care, fermentation, and simple bread making. Walk away with the confidence (and the knowledge) to get your first loaf going at home. All participants get a sourdough starter to take home. Class cost is $20. Register at go.ncsu.edu/sourdoughsignup
