Many Americans gain between 1 and 5 pounds each holiday season. While it might not sound like much, most people never manage to lose those extra pounds. Rather than focusing on trying to lose weight, this FREE seven-week challenge provides participants with tips, tricks, and ideas to help maintain your weight through the holiday season.
Join us virtually this year by weighing in at home and reporting each week to your FCS Agent, Sydney Knowles. Send Sydney an email at Sydney_knowles@ncsu.edu to get signed up locally! To participate, send Sydney a quick email or text weekly to confidentially check-in throughout the challenge. Our aim is to help you be as successful as you can be over the holidays! Nutrition tips, recipes and more will arrive to your email inbox when you sign-up. Those who participate in at least FIVE of the seven weeks (checking in with Sydney) will be entered to win BIG prizes, including a brand new InstantPot or Fitbit Inspire HR!
