Learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. The Med Way is great tasting and good for you! The simple, delicious, and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more. We'll spend time discussing details of the Med Way and then the remainder of the class will be focused on Mediterranean style cooking. This workshop series is $10.
