It is the time of year when the leaves are changing to beautiful vibrant colors, the temperature is dropping, football games are back, and everything seems to be pumpkin spiced. This is the perfect time to set some physical activity goals for yourself care. Our Stepping Into Fall Walking Challenge is here to help you get started. It is recommended for adults to get 150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity. Walking is an easy, and affordable way to help reach that goal.

Join us for the 2022 Stepping Into Fall Walking Challenge. This challenge will help us celebrate different themes through out the month of October such as National 4-H  week. This is a fun 4-week fitness challenge that includes a weekly newsletter highlighting the theme for the week, a healthy recipe video, physical activity & nutrition tips, and weekly fun facts. Participants can walk wherever they prefer and at the end of each day you will record your number of daily steps through the link in the weekly newsletter. This challenge is fun for youth and adults. The top 3 walkers will be recognized and awarded prizes.

2nd place –  Bluetooth Earbuds

3rd place – Kettlebell weight

There is no cost to participate. You just have to register onlineStepping into Fall Walking Challenge. Walking Challenge for youth & adults. October 2 - 29, 2022. The challenge will kickoff on October 2 and will run through October 29, 2022. Registration ends on September 29. So spread the word to friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and anyone else you think would be interested.
